Symptoms

  • Integration connect fails during auth
  • Integration shows connected but sync fails
  • Synced data is stale or incomplete

Diagnose by failure class

OAuth/connect failures

  • Re-auth with correct account.
  • Confirm consent/scopes granted.
  • Retry callback flow in clean browser session.

Credential/config failures

  • Re-check credentials and profile mapping.
  • Confirm provider account permissions are active.
  • Reconnect integration and rerun sync.

Sync/runtime failures

  • Trigger manual resync.
  • Validate upstream source data availability.
  • Check last-sync timestamp progression.

Escalate when

  • Re-auth/reconnect succeeds but sync consistently fails.
Include:
  • Workspace ID
  • Provider and integration ID
  • Last sync timestamp
  • Error screenshot/text
