The Audit page gives you a single, trustworthy record of the sensitive changes made in your workspace — who invited a teammate, who rotated an integration’s credentials, who deleted contacts — alongside a detailed view of your credit usage. It’s built for the person accountable for the workspace, so you can answer “who changed this, and when?” without guesswork.

Who can see it

The Audit page is visible only to the workspace owner. If you own the workspace, you’ll find Audit in your Workspace Settings. Teammates with other roles won’t see the tab — this keeps sensitive access history reserved for the person accountable for the workspace.

The two tabs

The Audit page has two tabs: Activity Log and Credit Usage.

Activity Log

The Activity Log is a permanent, read-only record of the important changes made in your workspace. Entries are added automatically as actions happen, and they’re kept indefinitely — nothing on this log can be edited or removed, so you always have a reliable history to refer back to. The log captures actions such as:
  • Members — a teammate invited, a role changed, or a member removed
  • API keys — a key created or revoked
  • Webhooks — a change to your webhook configuration
  • Integrations — an integration connected, disconnected, or its credentials rotated
  • Contacts — a contact deleted, whether one at a time or in bulk
Each entry tells you the full story at a glance:
  • Who made the change — the person’s name and email
  • What changed — including the before → after for role and configuration changes, so you can see exactly what moved
  • When it happened
  • Which resource was affected

Filter the log

Use the filter bar at the top of the Activity Log to narrow down to what you’re looking for:
  • Action — show only a specific type of change (for example, role changes or API key activity)
  • Actor — show only the changes made by a particular person
  • Date range — show only the activity within a period you choose
Combine filters to zero in quickly — for example, every membership change made by one teammate last month.

Export to CSV

Select Export to download the Activity Log as a CSV file. The export respects whatever filters you have applied, so you can pull exactly the slice you need — a single month, one person’s actions, or the whole history — and open it in your spreadsheet tool for record-keeping or review.

Credit Usage

The Credit Usage tab shows the same detailed usage breakdown you’ll find under Plan & Billing, so you can review how your credits were spent for the current billing period without leaving the Audit page. You can Export this view to CSV as well.

What the coverage indicator means

At the top of Credit Usage you’ll see a coverage indicator — for example, “ledger captured 94% of metered spend”. This tells you how much of your billed credit spend for the period is itemised in the detailed usage list below. Your bill is metered continuously as your agents work, while the detailed breakdown is written entry by entry. Some of those entries are recorded slightly after the fact — for background work and late-arriving writes — so at any given moment the itemised list can add up to a little less than the metered total. Coverage tells you how complete the detailed view is right now. Coverage below 100% is expected and is not an error. It simply means a few entries are still catching up. Coverage climbs toward 100% as the period settles, and your bill is always based on the full metered total — never on the itemised list. The indicator is there for transparency, so you can see how much of your spend is already broken out line by line.

Troubleshooting

Why can’t I see the Audit tab?

The Audit page is available to the workspace owner only. If you don’t see it, you’re not the owner of this workspace. Ask your workspace owner to look up what you need, or to review the Activity Log with you.

Why is my coverage below 100%?

This is normal. The detailed usage list is written entry by entry, and some entries — background work and late-arriving writes — land shortly after your bill is metered. Coverage shows how much of the period’s spend is already itemised; it rises toward 100% as the period settles. Your bill always reflects the full metered total regardless of coverage.

An action I expected isn’t in the log

The Activity Log records access and membership changes — members, API keys, webhooks, integrations, and contact deletions. Everyday work such as making calls or editing an agent’s prompt isn’t part of this log. Check that your Action, Actor, and date range filters aren’t hiding the entry, and clear them to see the full history.
