What’s in a report
Every report opens with a summary that matches your campaign analytics exactly — the same totals, the same reply rate, the same reply intents. There is never a discrepancy between what you see in Voqo and what your client reads. Below the summary, the report lists every recipient — not just the ones who replied — so the picture is complete. For each contact you get:- Their name and mobile number.
- The send status of their message and when it was sent.
- Any reply they sent.
- The intent label(s) Voqo matched to their reply (or unclassified when there was no clear intent).
- Their consent status, including any opt-out and the audit trail behind it — so the report is defensible if a contact’s consent is ever questioned.
Choosing a format
- PDF — a clean, branded document with your agency’s name. Best for sharing directly with a client.
- Spreadsheet (XLSX) — a summary sheet plus a row per contact. Best when you want to sort, filter, or analyse the data yourself.
Choosing which columns to include
Before you generate the report, you can choose which per-contact columns appear. Switch off the ones a client doesn’t need — for example, leave out reply intent or contact context for a tidier client-facing summary — and the finished file contains exactly the columns you kept. The contact’s name and mobile number are always included. You can only generate a report once a campaign has sent at least one message. A report with nothing in it isn’t useful, so Generate stays disabled until the first send.
Small campaigns vs large campaigns
For most campaigns your report is ready the moment you ask for it, and the download link appears straight away. For a very large campaign, Voqo builds the report in the background so you are never left waiting on a slow page. You will get a report that you can check back on — once it is ready, the download link appears. Requesting the same report twice while one is already being built simply returns the one in progress, so you never end up with duplicates.Optional AI summary
You can choose to include a short, plain-English summary of each contact’s conversation, written by Voqo. It is a neutral summary of the thread — never the contact’s words passed off as something else, and it only ever draws on that one contact’s conversation. The AI summary is opt-in because it adds a little time and cost to the report. A contact who never replied gets no summary. If a single summary cannot be produced, it is simply left out — the rest of the report is unaffected and still downloads normally. How long is the download link valid?
Each download link is short-lived for security — it is valid for a limited window after the report is generated. If your link has expired, just request the report again and Voqo generates a fresh link for you. Your data is not lost; only the temporary link expires.Where did my big report go? A large campaign’s report is built in the background — check back on the report and the download link will appear once it is ready. It does not get lost.
