Every file you upload to build a campaign audience is kept for you in the Files tab inside SMS Campaigns. Instead of hunting for the original spreadsheet on your computer, you can download a copy or start a fresh campaign from a file you’ve already used — without uploading it again. To open it, go to SMS Campaigns and click the Files tab.

The Files list

The Files tab lists every file you have uploaded for a campaign. Each row shows:
  • File name and the number of rows it contained.
  • Uploaded — when it was added, and by whom.
  • Used by — the campaigns that were built from this file.
  • Reusable — whether the original file is still stored and available to download or reuse.

Downloading a file

Click Download on any file row to get a copy of the original you uploaded — exactly as it was, byte for byte. The download link is generated fresh each time and is short-lived for security; if it ever expires, just click Download again.

Reusing a file in a new campaign

Click Reuse in new campaign to start a new campaign from a file you’ve already uploaded. Voqo takes you straight into the campaign builder with the file already imported and analysed — the same detected mobile column, the same merge-field columns, the same valid and invalid counts as the first time. You skip the upload entirely and go straight to confirming the audience. This is the fast path for running the same list again — a monthly check-in to a past-enquiry list, or a follow-up to the same leads.

Seeing which file fed a campaign

When you open a campaign, its Files panel shows which uploaded file built its audience. If the campaign used a mix of an uploaded file and your existing contacts, the panel also tells you how many recipients came from your organisation’s contacts and how many duplicates were merged across the two sources — so the full picture of how the audience was assembled is always at hand. A campaign built only from your contacts has no file, so no file panel is shown.

Files that aren’t stored

A file shows “Original file not stored” with its actions disabled when Voqo doesn’t have the original bytes to give back — for example, a file uploaded before this feature existed, or one where storage didn’t complete. You can’t download or reuse a file in that state; upload it again to bring it into the Files tab.

Troubleshooting

My download link stopped working Download links are deliberately short-lived for security. Click Download again to get a fresh link — your file is not lost, only the temporary link expired. A file says “Original file not stored” and I can’t download or reuse it Voqo doesn’t have the original file to return — usually because it was uploaded before this feature existed, or storage didn’t complete at upload time. Upload the file again and it will be available to download and reuse from then on. Reusing a file gave me different counts Reuse re-reads the exact file you uploaded, so the detected column and the valid, invalid, and duplicate counts match the original import. If the numbers look different, check you selected the file you meant to. If you need help with campaign files, contact support with your workspace ID.
