Prerequisites

  • Workspace admin integration permission
  • Google account with target calendar access
  • Browser session that can complete OAuth consent

Setup steps

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Select Connect on Google Calendar.
  3. Complete OAuth consent and approve requested scopes.
  4. Return to platform and confirm connected status.

Sync and behavior expectations

  • Google Calendar is used for calendar/scheduling context.
  • Connection state should show connected with recent update timestamp.

Retry and recovery

  • If OAuth is denied, rerun connection and grant required scopes.
  • If callback fails, retry in same browser session and confirm no blocker extensions.
  • If disconnected unexpectedly, reconnect and validate account selection.
