Learn how to connect your agent to your Telstra phone number in Australia.- Get your agent’s phone number from the agent settings page.
- Open the dial pad on your phone.
- Dial the following MMI code
**004*<agent's phone number>*10#
(i.e.**004*0878987876*10#
) - Press the call button.
- You should see a message saying that call forwarding is enabled.
Optus, Vodafone, TPG, Boost Mobile, Woolworths Mobile
- Get your agent’s phone number from the agent settings page.
- Open the dial pad on your phone.
- Dial the following MMI code
