Navigate to the Agents tab, the Agent Settings section, then Advanced to configure advanced settings for your AI agent.
Background Ambient Noise
You can add background ambient noise to your AI agent, which will make the conversation sound more natural. This feature is especially useful when you want to simulate a real-life environment.
Currently supported ambient noise options include:

Call Recording
You can enable call recording for your AI agent, which will record the conversation and save it to call log.
Call recording is only available for paid plans. Call recordings are saved for 6 months from the date of recording. Please download the recordings before they are deleted.
