Each segment costs 5 credits, so a longer message split into multiple segments costs proportionally more (a 2-segment message costs 10 credits, a 3-segment message costs 15). Short messages that fit in a single segment are unchanged at 5 credits. The credit estimate shown before you launch a campaign reflects your template’s segment count.
